Awakening

Tamed wilderness. Paths leading into forests or jungles are hopeful and also intriguing. Gives me a sense of perspective, literally as well as metaphorically. This painting was based on a mix of several images, some I stored in my mind from my walks in the jogging path behind the local library and the autumn leaves are my own twist.
